Welcome to Bistro 534!
Come in, take a glass of wine, grab some cheese
from the fridge...

Take a seat - leather Ikea club chairs, up on the bar stools, or on my hand-made (can you tell?) benches under the cubbies
Or open the french doors onto the patio (with close-up of Ikea insect screen on cable)
And look... an oh so convenient half-bath (with custom made mirror from
Mirror Men in Broadripple)!
The tiled floor is heated, folks!
The Bistro is equipped with Internet (including Video IM) and TV (ask about
our wireless services)
But wait, there's more... step on into the KITCHEN!
Where to look first? The tin ceiling? The cork floor? The slate wall? The concrete countertop?
I bet you noticed several cool things there... like the magnetic spice rack, the inset cutting board with drain, the tea lights, the "cook's corner"
And let's talk about that oven unit (stainless veneered door slides back for
microwave niche... don't look!).
An Ikea magnetic knife rack is on the side and baking storage underneath.
Close-ups of cooktop, pots & pan storage, and the sink (with airswitch for garbage disposal) complete the North wall.
Moving around to the east, we have the Bistro Serving Counter (note liquor
shelf above - takes up the whole wall!),
the Coffee Center (with convenient under-counter paper towel), the "good" wines
cabinet, hanging wine glasses (Vera Wang), and the arch into the Bistro.
South Wall! Where all the food lives (and the appliances that you *don't* see
out on the countertops)
Appliance Garage with linens and pantry drawers below, pull-out pantry cabinet,
detail of cabinet over fridge, and...um... my "junk door" (back of door to
basement)
Wow... what did I miss? I'm sure a bunch of neat stuff, like the toe kick register (nothing like warm tootsies!), coins in the concrete...
Ladies and Gentlemen, let's hear it for contractor extraordinaire, Josh Buck!
